Career ladder — entry to director
A composite role-family summary: titles matching this role family are grouped by seniority and their stored medians combined, weighted by how many observations each title carries. Steps built from few titles or mixed specialisms will be broad — the observation count next to each step shows how much data supports it. Internship, graduate, junior and experienced titles are kept as separate steps and never merged.
