We combine the CheckFairPay market database — aggregated Malaysian salary and hiring-market observations, normalised to monthly gross basic pay — with an AI model that matches your role, industry, experience and location. Each result includes a confidence rating that reflects how many observations back your specific role and how closely the title matched.

Benchmarks are directional. Salaries vary widely by company, niche skills, total compensation (bonus, equity, allowances), and negotiation. Treat the result as a guide, not gospel. Confidence labels (high/medium/low) tell you how reliable the estimate is.

Is my salary kept private?

Yes. Your inputs are stored only against your account so you can review past checks. We never sell or share individual data. You can delete any check from your history at any time.
